About Thomas
After studying home building at Trinity University Thomas joined the family business he had grown up in and oversaw the construction of town homes and garden homes as vice president. But it was not his true calling so in 1990 he swapped sides of the desk and began his real estate sales career.
Now, many industry awards later, he uses a lifetime of experience to help buyers and sellers avoid the many pitfalls that are common in the real estate process. His decades of experience in marketing and negotiating the sale of over a thousand homes allows him to see things that others might miss. That's why he is often contacted when a property doesn't sell to determine the issue. Very often it isn't price but small fixes and the property sells without a price reduction.
When not working, Thomas enjoys traveling, reading, movies, workouts and shooting sports.
